■ 概要
|
実験的自己免疫性脳脊髄炎に対するエタノール作用の解析
|
|
我々はマウスへのエタノール吸入処理が、樹状細胞からのIL12/23p40産生を特異的に阻害することを発見した。現在、多発性硬化症の動物モデルである実験的自己免疫性脳脊髄炎を用い、IL-12/23p40産生シグナル系を標的にしたエタノール吸入処理法の治療効果を検討中である。これまでに、樹状細胞からのIL-12/23p40産生抑制がEtOH代謝産物のアセテートにより引き起こされることを明らかにした(薬学部医療薬学教育センターと共同研究)。

妊娠の免疫機構に対する解析
|
|
妊娠の成立・維持に子宮内NK細胞(uNK)の関与が知られている。これまでに、妊娠早期にuNK細胞の一時的な消失がみられることを発見しておりその働きを解析中である(佐倉病院産婦人科高島助教と共同研究)。
