概要	Williams syndrome is rare anomaly and frequently involved supravalvular aortic stenosis (SVAS) and pulmonary stenosis. Two surgical repairs for SVAS with Williams syndrome are reported. Conclusions : We reported the two different types of SVAS, hourglass type and membranous type. In case 1, he has von Willebrand disease and it is very rare. In case 2, severe pressure gradient induced left ventricular myocardium hypertrophied, the procedure demanded the retrograde continuous blood cardioplegia. Both patients are now doing well, however the long-term result after surgical repair for SVAS associated with Williams syndrome remains unclear. Periodical following-up should be essential.
