概要	Diagnosis of pulmonary thrombosis has been done by use of angiography. However, detailed evaluation of thrombus could not be feasible. We have applied angioscopy system for visualization of peripheral and pulmonary artery since 1980. Recently,classification of the pulmonary thrombosis by color and form was established by a Japanese Association of Cardioangioscopy.
