|概要||HILIC was able to identify GBCA in chelated form in human brain and bone samples after exposure to GBCA.
All macrocyclic GBCA exposure to recovered from all tissue.
Linear agents were detected less frequently and were not recovered from all tissues. Linear chelates appeared to be recovered in lower amounts despite the total elemental gadolinium being present at higher level.
Further studies are needed to determine other chemical forms including gadolinium salts and macromolecules that are deposited in addition to intact GBCA.
