概要	In children and adolescents with pulmonary arterial hypertension, there is a potential risk of complication with hyperthyroidism in approximately 25% of patients in long-term follow-up. We conclude that thyroid function test is mandatory in also pediatric PAH patients, particularly in a case presenting with heart failure during epoprostenol infusion therapy.
