概要	Background: Currently pregnancy and childbirth in the Fontan case are the important pending problems of adult congenital heart disease. In addition, Fontan conversions with arrhythmia surgeries are often required for grown-up patients whom survived the initial atriopulmonary Fontan operation. Conclusion: To our knowledge, such successful reports concerning TCPC conversion as a case for a woman who delivered a healthy child after APC Fontan operation are very rare. The arrhythmia surgery should be concomitant with the conversion. The new bipolar ablation devices are handy and enable speedy ablation that should lead to short bypass time.
