概要	Chronic pancreatitis is associated with various local complications, including pancreatic duct stones, duct strictures, pseudocysts, biliary strictures, and pseudoaneurysms. This review summarizes current endoscopic treatment strategies, including extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, peroral pancreatoscopy-guided lithotripsy, pancreatic stenting, EUS-guided pancreatic duct drainage, and EUS-guided drainage for pancreatic fluid collections. The advantages, limitations, and future perspectives of endoscopic treatment, as well as the optimal timing for surgical intervention, are also discussed.
