概要	Intracardiac repair for congenital heart disease complicated by left ventricular noncompaction (LVNC) has been rarely described. This is the first report of ventricular septal defect (VSD) repair in an infant with severe pulmonary hypertension (PH) and preoperatively diagnosed LVNC.
